Mrs. Millie Oleson Johnson died at the home of her father Ole J. Oleson, last Sabbath morning. The cause of her death was heart disease. The funeral services were held at the house at 2 o'clock and at the Salem church at 3 o'clock. Rev. Miss Millie Oleson was born on the old homestead where he father still resides and were she past the last moments of her life, on Oct. 27th, 1875, and lacked but a month of being twenty-one years of age. She spent her younger days in the school room as a student, and the last few years as a teacher. She was engaged in teaching a fall term in district No. 3, at the time of her death, and was in the school room only two days before the Great Master called her to that Great School above.

She was married to M. B. Johnson, April 22d, last year, and lived with Mr. Johnson's parents until a few weeks ago, when they moved to the home of her parents. Mrs. Johnson was loved by all who k new her, both for her loving spirit and kind earnest manners, and she now departs for that home above, leaving a large train of relatives and friends to mourn her. Everybody sympathized with Mr. Johnson, the husband of but a little over a year, in his hour of affliction, but this sympathy cannot atone for the loss of one so dear to him.
