NEVADA JOURNAL, Nevada, Story County, Iowa, Friday, January 13, 2006.

Allan Bruce See, 59 of Nevada, formerly of Casper Wyoming, died of a cerebral hemorrhage on Saturday, January 7, 2006 at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 12 from 3-6:00 P.M. at the Chet Ryan Mortuary in Nevada. The body has been cremated and the cremains will be interred in Casper, Wyoming at a later date.

Allan was born on November 27, 1946 in Ames to LaVaughn (Bloomberg) Hanson and Willie E. See. He graduated from Natrona County High School in Casper, Wyoming. He was a mechanic for Ames Feed. Allan moved to Nevada 10 years ago from Casper, Wyoming. He enjoyed fishing and loved all animals.

Allan is survived by his father Bill (Donna) See of Nevada; his fiancée, Elois Jones of Nevada; a son James A. (Tawnya) See of Casper, Wyoming; 6 brothers, Arlo See of Casper, Wyoming, Kerry See of Marshalltown, Curtis See of Rockport, Texas, Dave Gibbs of Brooklyn, Mark See and Harold See, both of Nevada; 3 sisters, Deborah See-Colgan of Emanclaw, Washington, Linda Nesbit of West Des Moines, and Laure Nagle of Nevada; a granddaughter, Tianna See; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Allan was preceded in death by his mother in 2000.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.

Chet Ryan Mortuary in Nevada has been entrusted with the arrangements.
