MADRID - Grace K. Douglass, 103, of Madrid, formerly of Maxwell died January 6, 2006, at the Madrid Home in Madrid.

Funeral Services were Monday at the Maxwell Presbyterian Church. Burial was in the Maxwell Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00-5:00 PM Sunday at the Bacon Funeral Home in Maxwell.

Grace was born April 18, 1902 in Hamlet, Illinois, the daughter of William and Katherine DeBord. She was united in marriage to Dudley Douglass on October 15, 1924. He died in July 1980. She was a homemaker.

Grace is survived by a daughter and son-in-law: Anne and Willard Lundahl of Madrid, IA; 2 grandchildren: David Lundahl and his wife, Jeri, of Humeston, IA; and Julie Eybers and her husband, Lance, of Sioux City, IA; and 3 great-grandchildren: Hannah Eybers, Aaron Eybers, and Andrew and his wife, Rachel Graham.

Grace was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 2 brothers: George DeBord and Charles DeBord.

The Bacon Funeral Home of Maxwell is in charge of arrangements.
