Songs were rendered by Orville Olson, singing, "Does Jesus Care?" and Burnette Severeid singing "Safe in the Arms of Jesus."
Interment was made at the Story City cemetery, the pallbearers bein Donald, Joseph, and Orlo Poole of Des Moines, and Kenneth Johnson, Arnold Sondal and Shirley Silkebakken, all of Story City.
