Hans Charlson, who lived about 3 miles southeast of Story City some years ago, died at his home in Clay County last Wednesday and was buried Friday. Mrs. Thompson, his daughter, and Mrs. Johnson, his sister, of Story City attended the funeral.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Hans Charlson was buried in Crown Hill Cemetery at Ruthven, Palo Alto County, Iowa. His daughter, "Mrs. Thompson" was Betsy Marie (Charlson) Thompson wife of Thomas Knut Thompson.
