Blanche E. Kimberley Bodie died August 5, 2012 at Grandview Care Center in Dayton, Iowa. She was born to John B. and Carrie (Dunlap) Kimberley on May 9, 1920 in rural Collins Iowa. She married Paul Bodie November 6, 1937. She resided in Ames, Knoxville, Boone and Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul; parents; and brothers, Howard and James Kimberley. She is survived by her only child, Alechia Daniels of Boone, IA; grandchildren, David Collins, Leslea Abrahamsen, Casey (Kim) Collins, and Linda (Jim) Carner; great grandchildren; great-great- grandchildren; and sister, Margaret Fisher.
At Blanche's request there will be no services. She will be cremated and inurned at a later date in Rhodes, IA. Memorials in Blanche's name may be sent to Grandview Health Care Center, 508 2nd St., N.E., Dayton, IA 50530. Online condolences may be left at www.stevensmemorialchapel.com.
