OBITUARY

Swen John Overland was born Aug. 19, 1915, and died May 2, 1923, at the tender age of 7 years, 8 months and 13 days. He was baptized in the St. Paul Lutheran church by Rev. Brenne and when he became old enough he attended school in District No. 7. At home and school he made himself beloved by his kindly disposition and winning ways.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Immanuel church, conducted by Rev. Oppedahl, assisted by Rev. Heimarck, and the remains were tenderly laid to rest in Fairview cemetery.

Swen leaves to mourn his death his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Overland, and a large number of friends, both old and young.
