OBITUARY
Mrs. J. P. Larson
Mrs. J. P. Larson was born in Denmark October 9, 1876, and came to this country with her parents in 1882. She was confirmed in Salem's church at Roland Oct. 19, 1890, and was married to J. P. Larson Oct. 23, 1902, and lived in Story City until eight years ago when they moved to a farm near Blue Earth, Minn. There they lived until two years ago, when they moved to the city of Blue Earth on account of her poor health. There she died on the 27th day of October. She leaves a husband and three children: Gladys, Mildred and Alice and a mother and three brothers, L. P. Anderson of Story City, and Thomas and Thorwald Anderson of Kelvington, Canada.
Mrs. Larson had been in failing health for several years, with heart trouble, which later developed into dropsy. She bore her trials with Christian fortitude and tho she did not wish to leave her family, still she was reconciled to heed the call that had come to her. A true and loving wife she ever was, and to her daughters and husband her memory will be cherished as long as life shall last.
