WILLIAM NASH
William M. Nash was born Sept. 21, 1876, the fourth child of M. D. and Rose E. Nash. He departed this live Feb. 25, 1934. His father, mother and two brothers have predeceased him in death.
With his parents he lived and grew to manhood on the farm where he was born southeast of Story City. Later he learned the barber trade which he followed for a number of years.
He leaves to mourn his loss one sister and one brother, namely Mrs. Mary Bickelhaupt of Hollandale, Minn., and A. W. Nash of Story City, and numerous other relatives and friends.
The funeral services were conducted from the Henderson Funeral Home by Harold Moe and Rev. Fuller. Two hymns were rendered by Mrs. Moe and Mrs. Ritland. The hymn, "Jesus Savior, Pilot Me," requested by William, was beautifully rendered by them. Interment was made in Sheffield cemetery.
The following acted as pall bearers: Andrew and Knute Knutson, Anson Ballard, Frank Sheffield, Merl Shade and Joe Sunnoe.
