FORMER RESIDENT BURIED

Ole Sampson passed away at his home at Huxley May 7, 1924 and funeral services were held from Fjelberg church at Huxley on Friday, May 9th. The deceased was past 83 years of age and had been a resident of Huxley for nineteen years. His life companion who is 82 years is left to mourn his death, besides two daughters, Mrs. Peter Brown, of Huxley and Mrs. A. R. Richardson, of Centuria, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. Sampson formerly lived southeast of Roland on the farm now owned by G. A. Olson, and there are several of our older readers who will remember this early pioneer.
