Mrs. Randie Jacobson

Mrs. Randie Jacobson was born at Vossevanen, Norway, Dec. 13, 1850. She came to America in 1870 and was married to John O. Jacobson in 1873.

They settled on a farm in Hamilton county, where they lived several years. They moved to Story City in 1902, where she had lived until she passed away on Christmas eve, 1929, at the age of 79 years and 11 months.

She is survived by three children, Martin of Wasta, S. Dak., Lewis of Mora, Minn., and Josie at home. Her husband preceded her in death 11 years ago. She also leaves one brother, Ole Grove, of Leland, Ill., and one brother and one sister in Norway.

She passed away peacefully into the sweet rest with her Lord and Savior, whom she loved and to whom she resigned her all.
