William A. Owens, Jr., 91, of Athens, Ga., died Wednesday, Sept. 28. Owens previously worked at Iowa State University. A private funeral will be in Osh Kosh, Wis. Donations in his memory may be made to the William A. Owens Psychology Scholarship Fund.
