Keith Munson, 55, Died

Keith Earl (Bud) Munson, 55, of Farrar died of a heart attack Tuesday, July 27 at Northwest Hospital in Des Moines. Services were held Friday morning, July 30 at the Farrar Methodist Church with Rev. Richard Hutton officiating. Burial was in the Farrar Cemetery.

Mr. Munson was born in Farrar. At an early age his parents moved to Cambridge where he attended grade school and high school graduating with the class of 1938.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; a son, Bruce of Lisbon; a daughter, Mrs. Kathy Rieck of Great Bend, Pa.; his mother, Mrs. Pansy Munson of Cambridge; a brother, Dale of Des Moines, and five grandchildren.

Mr. Munson was a road maintenance worker for Polk County also a member of the United Methodist Church.
