Nevada Public Library obituary file, Nevada, Iowa. NEVADA EVENING JOURNAL. “FUNERAL SERVICES HELD AT FARRAR FOR MRS. IDA TOMLINSON. – Maxwell, July 15 – Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Tomlinson who was found dead in her home at Peoria on Saturday evening, July 6, due to a heart attack, were held Tuesday afternoon in the Methodist church at Farrar and burial was made in the Peoria cemetery beside her husband, the late Harvey E. Tomlinson, who passed away February 9, 1946, also of a heart attack. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Marie Morrison, and one granddaughter, Donna, of Collins, her aged mother, Mrs. Nina Johnson, and one brother, J. H. Johnson of Bondurant; four s isters, Mrs. Eva Mitchell of Altoona, Mrs. Vina Morgan and Mrs. Kathryn Martin of Omaha, and Mrs. Anna Lattimer of San Antonia, Texas.”
