Clemma Bonine, 90 Dies Sunday In Nursing Home Here

Mrs. Clemma Bonine, 90, died Sunday afternoon at 1:30 in the Miller's Sunnycrest Nursing Home. She had been in failing health for the past several years.

She was born January 15, 1872, in Ringgold County, the daughter of J. J. and Elsie Armstrong. She was married to Arthur Bonine, Jan. 15, 1902 in Mt. Ayr. She was a member of the Christian Church and the Rebekah Lodge.

Survivors include three sons, Roy A. Bonine of Marshalltown, Elver D. Bonine of LuVerne, Minn. and David H. Bonine of Des Moines, five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, two sister and by her husband, Arthur, who died in 1908.

The body will remain in the Ryan Funeral Home until Tuesday afternoon when it will be taken to Mt. Ayr, where funeral services will be held in the Rhodes Funeral Home Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.

Burial will be in the Rose Hill cemetery in Mt. Ayr.
