FRANCIS TELFER

Francis Telfer, 66, Nevada, died Monday July 14, at Rochester, Minn.

She was born July 23, 1913 at Zanesville, Ohio, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Fitzmasters Smith. She was a 1931 graduate of Atlantic High School.

On June 6, 1945, she married Edward J. Telfer Jr. in Nevada. She lived most of her life in Nevada.

Mrs. Telfer was employed by Graphic Forms Inc. and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

She is survived by a niece, Mrs. Rebecca Catlett of Ankeny, a sister-in-law, Mary Eckert of Nevada; two brothers-in-law, Charles Telfer of Nevada, and James Pittman of Madrid; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Telfer Jr., on April 4, 1978; by a sister, Mary, and by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 17 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Nevada, with Father James Supple officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Nevada.

A Rosary service will be held Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. from the Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada.
