Homer L. Wilson Young Farmer Victim of Pneumonia
Homer Leo Wilson, 34, died on Tuesday night at 9:30 at his farm home south of Nevada after two weeks illness of pneumonia and other complications.
Funeral services will be held at the Methodist Episcopal church in Nevada Friday afternoon at 2:30 following prayer service at the home at 1:00 p. m.
The deceased, a son of Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Wilson of Webster City, was born at Louisville, Illinois, July 29, 1905 and came with his parents to Iowa and settled at Webster City in 1913.
He came to Nevada seven years ago and located on the farm, where he has since lived.
His wife was Nina Walker of Rhodes, to whom he was married January 1, 1931 at Des Moines.
He is survived by his widow, two sons, Leo Wayne and Vernon at home; his father and mother of Webster City; six brothers, Raymond, Charles, Allen and James of Webster City; Wayne of Conway, Ark.; Opie, Brownwood, Tex., two sisters, Mrs. Loy Harrold, Burlington, Kans.; Mrs. Floyd Jarmon, Sterling, Ill., and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Wilson of Nevada. The latter are spending the winter in Tulsa, Okla.
