Mr. M. A. Teeters passed away at the home of her son, Richard Teeter near Melbourne early Christmas morning aged about 81 years. Mr. and Mrs. Teeters formerly lived on their farm northeast of Colo where Mr. Teeters passed from this life a number of years ago. Since then Mrs. Teeters has made her home with her son, but has visited friends and transacted business here occasionally since. Several weeks ago she suffered a stroke of paralysis and since that time has continually failed in health until the end came December 25, 1915. Funeral services were held at the home Monday and interment was made in the Colo cemetery. Many Colo people will be grieved to learn of her death and extend heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved son and his family.
