OBITUARY

MRS. R. H. CENTER

Mrs. Sarah J. Center died at her home in Nevada early Monday morning after brief illness. The funeral will be held on Wednesday from the Christian church, Rev. Nicol officiating. Mrs. Center was born Sarah J. Hartwell in Menard county, Ill., August 9, 1842. She married to R. H. Center, March 8, 1860. They came to Nevada in 1895 where Mr. Center died in 1898. Mrs. Center had been a member of the Church of Christ since early in her girlhood and was a charter member of the church in Nevada. She is survived by seven of her children: James T. Center and Mrs. Charles Wright of Nevada, Mrs. Etta Huhn of Sioux Falls, S. D., Mrs. A. T. Knight of Spencer, Mrs. James Patton and Mrs. Marcia Patton of Rochelle, Ill., and Lan Center of Marshalltown.
