Winifred B. Stahlman
Oct. 24, 1920, to Feb. 20, 2003

Winifred B. Stahlman, 82, of Nevada, died of cancer on Thursday, Feb. 20, at her home.

She was born Oct. 24, 1920, in McCallsburg to Ralph and Martha (Bryant) Dillin. She married Junior T. Stahlman on Jan. 1, 1940, in Marshalltown. She was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing, watching sports and listening to music.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Otto of Nevada; a son, Stephen (?Steven?) Stahlman of Marietta, Ga.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Martha Birchmier of Edmond, Okla.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Junior, on Dec. 23, 1993; a son, Douglas; two sisters and one brother.

Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 24, at Chet Ryan Mortuary, Nevada, with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. Burial followed in the Nevada Municipal Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Homeward Hospice of Ames.
