FRANCIS DRAKE CALLED BY DEATH

Francis Drake died Tuesday evening ------ --- of ----at his home corner of Oak and ------ ---- ------.

Mr. Drake has been rather feeble for some time. He was taken with hemorrhage of the stomach Saturday and on Tuesday had a second attack, passing away about six o'clock.

Mr. Drake was born in Illinois, January 3rd, 1853. Has been a resident of vicinity of Nevada for some time. He leaves a wife, aged mother and one daughter, Mrs. Dildine.

Funeral services will be held at the M. E. church Thursday afternoon at 2:30 and burial in the Nevada cemetery.
