FORMER NEVADA MAN FOUND DEAD
THOS. J. NEASHAM HAD BEEN ON RANCH NEAR EDGEMONT, S. D.
Thomas J. Neasham, age about 60, and former Nevada resident, was found dead in a barn on his ranch near Edgemont, S. D., early Friday, according to a message received by his brother Fred J. Neasham of 912 Eighth street, Nevada.
Particulars as to the death are not at hand. Members of the family, however, are of the opinion that while death may have been due to a heart attack, there is very strong probability that he many have died as a result of injuries sustained in handling some of the range horses that he was in the habit of handling.
Funeral services for Mr. Neasham will be held at Edgemont and interment will be there according to late advices received.
J. H. Neasham of Ottumwa and the sister, Mrs. Ambrose of Chicago are expected here late today and they accompanied by the younger brother, F. J. Neasham will drive to Edgemont for the funeral.
He leaves besides his wife, a brother John H. Neasham of Ottumwa, sister Mrs. W. O. Ambrose of Chicago and brother Fred J. Neasham of Nevada.
He was born in England and came to Nevada with his mother, two brothers and one sister, when he was a lad of probably nine years of age.
