SUDDEN DEATH OF JOHN CONNOLLY

PIONEER NEVADA TOWNSHIP VICTIM OF PNEUMONIA AND HEART TROUBLE

John Connolly, 73, native son of Nevada township, died at Iowa sanitarium early Friday evening from pneumonia and heart complications, just three weeks from the day his sister Anna Connolly died from similar complications in a Des Moines hospital.

Monday, Mr. Connolly, born a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Connolly Sr., pioneers, on the farm in Section 12, Nevada township on which he had lived the entire sphere of his life was taken ill. The was brought to the sanitarium Friday afternoon and died about seven o'clock last evening.

It is expected that the funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 10:00 at St. Mary's church, Colo, followed by interment in St. James cemetery there.

Two of the sisters, who had been summoned here from a long distance for the funeral of the sister, Anna, have but just arrived at their homes. Mrs. Martha Duck had left for her home at Newark, N. J., Saturday and Miss Loretta for San Francisco, Sunday.

The sister Agnes had returned to her work at Joliet, Ill., earlier and the brother Joe is in Des Moines. Miss DeLa Connolly who had been in the home with the brothers John and William A. since the death of the sister.
