ANTON FRICHE

Anton Friche of Woodward, formerly of Slater, died Sunday at Veterans Hospital in Des Moines.

Funeral services will be Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 at Slater United Methodist Church with Rev. Harold Werley officiating. Interment will be at Bethlehem Cemetery in Slater.

Born in Denmark, Feb. 8, 1895, he came to this country at an early age. He was a veteran of World War I and Mr. and Mrs. Friche lived in the Slater area for many years. They moved to Woodward 10 years ago. He had been in failing health for many years.

He is survived by his wife Lucy of Woodward, one son, Donald of Des Moines, and one granddaughter of Des Moines.
