THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Iowa, Thursday, May 16, 1907, page 5, column 1. "George Seshion, a former resident of this place, went to California recently as he was not feeling well, although not considered dangerously ill, but he grew rapidly worse and died at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, last week. He is a relative of the Shopes in Des Moines and the remains were brought back to that city for interment by Curt Shope.
