THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, July 27, 1905, page 4, column 4. "The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Rupp, which was born week before last, died Monday and the little corpse was laid to rest in the Maxwell Cemetery Tuesday afternoon. It is hard to understand why these little flowers should come into existence and be taken away so soon, but sometimes it seems as if such must be the case. The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of all in their time of great bereavement."
