THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE Maxwell, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, June 8, 1905, page 5, column 4. "Mr. and Mrs. Fred O. Ray have the sympathies of their neighbors and friends in their bereavement over the loss of their 3-month-old child. The little one's life passed out Tuesday. Funeral services were held at the family residence yesterday, conducted by Rev. Bobbitt. The body was laid to rest at Iowa center cemetery."
