Obituaries

Ruby A. Robertson
Dec. 19, 1919, to July 22, 2001

Ruby A. Robertson, 81, of Salt Lake City, Utah died July 22 of kidney failure at St. Mark's Hospital.

She was born Dec. 19, 1919, to William and Etta Coles in Maxwell and married Verle Robertson. She was employed at Iowa State University in Ames for several years in the Agronomy Department.

Survivors include her husband, Verle; two daughters, Sheral Troup of Maxwell and Marlene Thompson of Salt Lake City, Utah; three brothers, Orville Coles of Osceola, Vern Coles of Ankeny and Alvin Coles of Maxwell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Etta Coles; one sister, Viola Stansfield; and one brother, Wendell Coles.

Memorial services were held Wednesday, July 25. Burial will be at a later date at Peoria Cemetery near Maxwell. Information was supplied by Bacon Funeral Home, Maxwell.
