MRS. EVA WOOD

MEEKER, Colo.--Colo friends received word of the death of Mrs. Eva Wood Cozzens, 84,who died in a hospital here on Wednesday, Dec. 11.

She was the daughter of David P. and Harriet Beckford [should be Bickford] Wood and grew to womanhood on a farm two mile northeast of Colo. In 1909 she was united in marriage to William Cozzens. They made their home in Hayden, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, and four sisters.

Mrs. Cozzens is survived by a daughter, Rebecca of Denver, Colo., a son, Porter of Hayden, Colo., and ten grandchildren. Also a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Erving of Des Moines, several nieces and nephews including Mrs. Frank Settle, formerly of Nevada, now living at Paton, Iowa.
