ROBERT ALLEN LEE

Cambridge--Funeral services for Robert Allen Lee, who died on Wednesday, October 23 at the Norton Nursing Home in Winterset were held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. from the Cambridge Bible Presbyterian Church with Rev. Alvin Sneller in charge. Burial in the Cambridge Cemetery.

Mrs. William Lawson of Ames sang two songs, "What a Friend We Have in Jesus" and "Abide With Me" accompanied by Mrs. Iona Dykstra at the piano. The flowers were cared for by Mrs. Lloyd Dickerson and Mrs. Carol Lee. Casket bearers were Jake Myers, Thomas Tynan, Lee Riggs, Harold Bullard, Orie Jones and L. C. Langland.

Life Sketch

Robert Allen Lee, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Lee was born at Cambridge, Iowa, January 15, 1877 and was a farmer for a number of years in the Cambridge and White Oak community.

On February 22, 1912, he married Pearl Elliott, to this union four children were born.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Blanche Lande of St. Charles, Iowa and one son Robert Lewis Lee of San Pedro, California, one sister, Mrs. N. T. Lex of Des Moines and one granddaughter Lorene.

Preceding him in death were his parents, one daughter, one son, six brothers and three sisters.
