Funeral Services Held For Sjur P. Lee
Funeral services for Sjur P. Lee were held at the Fjeldberg Lutheran Church on Friday at 2 P. M. The Rev. Rye was in charge of the service.
The Rev. and Mrs. Rye sang two duets, "I Walk in Danger All the Way" and "One Sweetly Solemn Thought."
Casket bearers were: Palmer Anderson, Marion Lewis, Noble Twedt, Sheldon Lee, Thomas Lee and John Birkestrand.
Burial was in the Fjeldberg cemetery.
OBITUARY
Sjur P. Lee, son of Paul and Kari Lee was born in Norway on August 25, 1893. He came to the United States in 1911 and has been a resident of this community ever since.
He was a member of the Fjeldberg Lutheran Church since he came to the United States. He died on November 1 at the age of sixty two years, two months and six days.
He is survived by four sisters; in Norway, two brothers, Dr. Hans Lee of Toledo, Ohio and Jacob of Huxley.
