THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Iowa, Thursday, February 16, 1922, page 1. "MORRIS CLAYTON DUNAHOO - Morris Clayton Dunahoo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Dunahoo, was born September 16, 1910, and passed away at the Methodist hospital, Des Moines, February 7, 1922. He contracted scarlet fever and had practically recovered from this when an attack of appendicitis came on, followed by peritonitis. Everything was done that could be done for his relief and recovery in the way of nursing and medical aid, but to no avail. He was a good boy, very loving, sympathetic and obedient and was prepared to meet his Savior. "Ear little Morris, you are at rest. Ever more on your Savior's breast. Sorrow and suffering no more can come to mar your peace in your heavenly home. Ere long, dear child, we will meet you there with the love and joy of each to share: Which was broken here for a happier time to reunite in a world sublime. Card of Thanks. We desire to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the many kind acts and words of sympathy during the severe illness and death of our dear little boy. Also, do we thank the choir, for the beautiful and encouraging songs, and the dear friends who contributed the beautiful flowers. May God's choicest blessings be with you all. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Dunahoo and family."
