DEATH OF BENNIE DURBY

Bennie Durby died at the home of his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Lars Durby, at Story City, on Wednesday, May 1, 1912, being 24 years old. The cause of his death was consumption, from which he had been a sufferer for several months. Besides his parents, he leaves several brothers and sisters to mourn his untimely death.

The funeral was held from Immanuel church last Saturday, Rev. T. T. Heimarck preaching the funeral sermon. The remains were laid to rest in the Fairview cemetery at Story City. A large number from here were in attendance. The relatives and other friends of the family extend their sincere sympathy in the hour of grief.
