Mrs. Ed Holm died at her home near Albert Lea, Minn., on Friday, January 13, after giving birth to a child, which died shortly after its mother. Mrs. Holm was 30 years of age at the time of her death. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. K. Johnson of Story City.

Mr. and Mrs. Holm formerly lived on a farm northeast of Roland, but moved to Albert Lea last spring.

The remains were brought to Garden City Monday evening. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the East Bergen church, conducted by Rev. M. O. Sumstad.
