Death of Former Roland Lady.
Relatives at this place received word yesterday that Mrs. C. H. Larson had died at a hospital at Kenmore, N. D. from the effect of an operation for appendicitis.
Mrs. Larson is a daughter of Gunder Larson of this place. Her husband is a brother of J. H. and L. H. Larson.
The remains of Mrs. Larson have been shipped to this place and funeral services will be held here as soon as the remains arrive.

OBITUARY
Mrs. C. H. Larson was born March 2, 1878, near Roland, and lived in this community until Nov 11, 1909, when she was married to Cornelius Larson of Devils Lake, S. D., where they lived for several years. Later they moved to Fergus Falls, N. D. In the spring of 1919 she moved with her husband and children to their farm near Grenora, N. D., where she lived until her death.
On April 12, 1921 she was operated on for appendicitis at Lakeview Hospital, Kenmove, N. D. On April 20, 1921, she passed away.
The remains were sent to Roland and the funeral was held on Sunday, April 24, from Salems Church, Rev. Sandven officiating. A large crowd was gathered to pay their last tribute to the deceased.
She leaves to mourn her death, her husband, one daughter Ilainne, and two sons, Lester and Cecil, also her father, three sisters and three brothers, all being present at the funeral.
