DIED: - At Roland, Iowa, Sunday September 4th, 1887, Augusta Lein, aged 25 years and six months. Miss Augusta Lein, of Roland, who has been sick for many months, passed away last Sunday morning at five o'clock. She was well known about her father's home and many friends will mourn her early death. She was loved and respected by all, and a noble young life has passed from among her circle of loving friends. She was uncomplaining during all her sickness and accepted of all efforts for her comfort without a murmur of dissatisfaction, and was willing to abide by the result whatever it might be. Her funeral was attended by a large number of friends at the church west of Roland where Rev. Pederson paid an eloquent tribute to her memory.
