PIONEER WOMAN DIED SUDDENLY

MRS. ANN HAMM PASSED AWAY--FUNERAL TO BE HELD THURSDAY MORNING.

Colo, July 30--Mrs. Ann Hamm, 86, died at an early hour Tuesday morning at the home of only daughter, Mrs. A. C. McCoy of near Colo. She had been about the place and worked in the garden the day before and had attended the last mass held in St. Mary's church at Colo a week before.

Funeral services will be read at St. Mary's church, Colo, Thursday morning at half after nine o'clock, by Rev. Father M. Nichols of Nevada and interment will be in St. Patrick's cemetery, Nevada.

Mrs. Hamm is the widow of the late Andrew Hamm and has lived near Colo for many years. She leaves besides her only daughter with whom she made her home the most of the time, four sons, they being Charles and Frank Hamm of Armour, S. D., and John and Will Hamm of Fairbury, Nebraska.
