Death of Richard Kimble.
Richard Kimble, one of oldest and most highly respected residents of Milford township, died at his residence there on Saturday after having been in failing health through the winter, and was buried from the Methodist church at Pleasant Grove on Monday, his funeral being conducted by Rev. Shea of Ames. Although Mr. Kimble's friends in town had not seen him for a long time, they had not understood that he was very seriously ill, and his death was to them a shock and as well as a grief. He was a man of most sterling character, through many years the people of his portion of the county and of the county seat had had reason to appreciate his ability and up-rightness. He leaves a wife and a family of grown children all of whom will have in their bereavement the wides sympathy.
