Death Today of Mrs. Floyd French

Mrs. Floyd French of 330 Q Ave. passed away at the Story County Hospital this morning at 3:30 after being admitted Tuesday evening. She was born June 2, 1896 at Indianola, Iowa. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Parker.

Funeral services will be held from the Dixon Funeral Home at 1 P. M. Tuesday with Rev. F. A. Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada cemetery. Mrs. French will lie in state at the Dixon Funeral Home till time of services.

She is survived by her husband, Floyd of Nevada, and two daughters, Darlene, Mrs. Gerald Gulling, Laura, Mrs. Hansel Piper and three sons, James Hemminger and Donald Hemminger all of Des Moines and Richard Hemminger serving in the U. S. Navy. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
