Interment services for Miss Daisy Shedd, 86, of 1120 Harding Road, Des Moines, who died at Broadlawns General Hospital Saturday morning, were held in the family lot in the Nevada cemetery Monday morning about 10:30.

Interment services were in charge of the pastor of the First Trinity Church in Des Moines of which the deceased had been an active member.

Miss Shedd was a daughter of Mrs. Clara Chance of Des Moines. She had been raised in the family of Clara Boyce's mother [Vivian Durham Larson*], leaving Nevada a number of years ago.

Around 50 were in attendance at the interment service. Three car loads being from Des Moines.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Vivian (Durham) Larson was the half sister of Daisy Shedd, they having the same mother, Clara (Murphy) Chance. Clara Murphy married (1) Lynn Durham (father of Vivian), (2) Charles Shedd (father of Daisy) and (3) Thomas P. Chance.
