From Nevada Evening Journal March 26, 1937

Dr. C. D. Loose of the Nevada Methodist Episcopal church, was in charge of the brief funeral service held at the Morfoot Funeral home on Wednesday afternoon for the infant son born to Mr. and Mrs. Jake Myers at the Iowa sanitarium. Burial was in the Nevada cemetery.
