Donald L. Myers Funeral Services Here Saturday

Funeral services for Donald L. Myers were held from the Ryan Funeral Home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. L. J. Franz of the Nevada Christian Tabernacle, Assembly of God church, officiating.

Mrs. Harry Sutherland sang two songs accompanied at the organ by Miss Beeula Settle.

The casket bearers were Howard Bela, Lafe Beal Carl Huse, Jr., Arlo Huse, Elmer Myers and Wilbur Myers.

Burial was in the Nevada cemetery.

Obituary

Donald Lorraine Myers was born to Mr. and Mrs. Guy Myers of a farm northeast of Colo, on April 6, 1914. He spent he early childhood around Story county until his parents moved Dallas county. There he attended the country grade schools and later attended the Minburn high school.

He had been working in Akron, Ohio, when his death occurred May 7, 1957 at the age of 43 years.

He leaves his wife Ruth, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Myers of Nevada, six children, three boy, Howard, Larry and Robert and three daughters Donna, Mrs. Donald Reed, Marilyn and Karen. He also leaves one brother, Darrell of Maxwell and his grandfathers, Lafe Myers, Sr., of Nevada.
