Lowe Funeral Was Held Friday Afternoon

Funeral services for Frank W. Lose, eldest son of Mrs. and Mrs. Loren Lowe, died at University hospital, Iowa City Tuesday, were held at the Nevada Church of Christ Friday afternoon with Rev. C. A. Underwood in charge.

The songs were by Mrs. Lee Cook and Mrs. C. A. Underwood, with Mrs. T. B. Warren at the piano. Interment was in the Nevada cemetery.

The church was filled with relatives and friends of the family of the deceased.

Frank Wilbur Lowe, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Loren Lowe, was born in Nevada on January 2, 1909 and passed away at the University hospital in Iowa City, on Oct. 9, 1934 after a month's illness, at the age of 25 years, 9 months and 7 days.

Frank spent all his life in Nevada until the last three years, which time he has resided in Tama and was employed by the Iowa Electric Company.

On October 26, 1932 he was united in marriage to Kathryn Cameron of Oskaloosa.

His untimely going is shock to family and friends. He is mourned by his wife, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Loren Lowe, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Fry, two brothers Raymond and Harlan, two sisters, Mrs. Thelma Illingsworth of Albia, Iowa and Maxine; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

He was a member of the Woodman of the World, a loyal friend, highly esteemed by his friends.
