Bessie Berry is dead at age 59, services Wed.

Mrs. Bessie Berry, 59, 602 2nd St., Nevada, died at 1:30 a.m. Monday at the Story County Hospital.

Mrs. Berry had been ill for the past two years.

Born Noember 24, 1908 in Polk County, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Mitchell.

She was married to Iske Berry June 10, 1929 in Nevada.

Surviving are four sons, Robert, Marvin, Raymond and Larry, all of Nevada, two daughters, Miss Margaret Berry of Phoenix, Ariz. and Mrs. Doris Elvins of Earlham, Ia., and fifteen grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at the Ryan Funeral Home Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. the Rev. Azel Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada cemetery.
