MRS. HENRY HEINER DIED EARLY TODAY

TWO LONG TIME MAXWELL PEOPLE CALLED BY DEATH MESSENGER

Mrs. Henry Heiner, long time resident of the Maxwell community died at Iowa Sanitarium in Nevada early today after a lingering illness.

The body was at once taken to Maxwell, where the funeral will be held at the Methodist church, probably on Monday, and interment will be in the Maxwell cemetery.

No definite arrangements had been made for the funeral services it was said at the home this afternoon.

Mr. Heiner is a prominent citizen of Maxwell, was for some time mayor there and both Mr. and Mrs. Heinier were well known in that part of county where they had live for 40 years. There are no children in the family.
