Former Mullen Settlement Man Dead

Harvey E. Wise, early day resident of the Mullen settlement, died at his home near Waverley, Colo., May 25, according to word received by Mrs. Mack Moran. Mr. Wise was a native of Nevada township, where he was born on Christmas 1865. He left with his family for Kansas in 1886 and in 1908 moved over into Colorado, in which state he had since made his home. He is survived by his wife, an adopted daughter, two sisters and one brother.
