Nevada Home is Saddened by Death

Harriet Dorothy Hardin, age 14, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy H. Hardin, ied at her home at 402 K avenue, Sunday. There will be a private funeral at the home Tuesday afternoon at 2:00, after which interment will be in the family lot in the Nevada cemetery by the side of a little brother, Ivan, who died some years ago.

Harriet Dorothy, a twin sister of Harry, was born on a farm north of Fernald October 1, 1915 and died at the family home in Nevada, June 1, 1930 age 14 years, 8 months.

She was baptised as an infant in St. Paul's Lutheran church at Fernald. She came to Nevada with her parents, about ten years ago and leaves besides her parents an twin brother Harry, three sisters. They are Mrs. Ray Reimer of Marshalltown and Mrs. Simpson Toot and Mrs. Clarence Hillburn of near Fernald.

The little one had been an invalid the most of her life and had been constantly cared for by the mother and other members of the family and she will be greatly missed by all.
