ZEARING SENIOR STUDENT IS DEAD
DALE FISH PASSED AWAY AT IOWA SANITARIUM ON SUNDAY
Zearing, April 14--Dale Fish, 18, senior student at Zearing high school, died Sunday morning at 10:30 at Iowa Sanitarium, Nevada, from typhoid pneumonia.
The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Evangelical church, Zearing, and it is probable that interment will be in the Colo cemetery.*
The death of the young man came as a great shock to the community, as practically no one knew that he was ill.
Dale, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. F. Fish, was a popular young man of the community, a member of the senior class and would have graduated on May 20.
He was born during the time that the family lived at McCallsburg, but they have lived in Zearing for several years during which time the father has been in charge of the Zearing Telephone Exchange.
He leaves besides his parents, two brothers. They are Howard Fish of Crandon, Wis. and Harold Fish at home.
SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Dale Francis Fish is buried in the Zearing Cemetery.
