Safety Pin Was Cause of Death

Boone, Feb. 20--INS--A safety pin, given to her by her two years old brother while they were playing today had resulted in the death of Vivian Pauline Condon here.

The tot swallowed the pin, opened, and died during an operation to which doctors sought to remove it from her windpipe. Funeral services for the child will held tomorrow.
