PIONEER JEWELER DEAD

Boone, Feb. 3--INS--E. E. Chandler, 84, dean of Boone business men, died at his home here today of bronchial pneumonia. He had been in the jewelry business here for the past sixty years in the same location. Funeral services will be held Wednesday.
